Councilman Scott Black was elected in June 2017 to represent residents of Ward 3 in the City of North Las Vegas. Black is a native of Southern Nevada. He was born in Henderson and spent the majority of his childhood in North Las Vegas.
Hollie Chadwick was appointed Chief of Police on May 1, 2023. She joined the Henderson Police Department in August 2002. Chief Chadwick was raised in Las Vegas and attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
